(a) Any postal item which is so written, printed or printed as a stamp or printed or written on the side of an address that the correct addressee or the calculation of the full price of the stamp may be confused with, shall not be processed by the post office.
(b) If any postal item in violation of sub-rule (a) of this rule is received during transit or before delivery by the address post, double the postage charge applicable to that item shall be collected from the sender and delivered to the sender. There will be no counting of tickets stuck on that item.
